Returns/Refunds
All sales are final unless the product is damaged. If a product is damaged, we will replace it with the same item. If we cannot accommodate this, we will issue a full refund.
Since all backdrops are custom-made, custom-printed backdrops and other personalized fabric products are not eligible for refunds. If Photobooth Design agrees to refund a custom order for reasons other than damage, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving the returned merchandise, provided Photobooth Design has inspected and cleared the merchandise of any damage.
